Project Scope:
Durham House needed a website redesign to attract new guests while keeping loyal returning visitors. The previous site felt word heavy and did not fully reflect the character of this Victorian guest house. I rewrote and restructured the content, focusing on clarity, local search terms such as bed and breakfast in Beer, and a smoother booking journey. Icons and clear sections replaced long paragraphs. The result is a warmer, easier to use website that highlights breakfast, location and direct booking benefits.
