What’s included in a Website Care Plan
A Care Plan means you don’t need to worry about updates, security or unexpected technical issues.
I monitor and maintain your website so it stays secure and running smoothly.
Safe Updates
WordPress core, themes and plugins updated every week and checked for compatibility, so your site stays current and secure.
Secure Backups
Daily backups with one-click restore, so your site can be recovered quickly if something goes wrong.
Performance Monitoring
Your site is monitored for downtime and scanned weekly for malware and vulnerabilities.
Monthly Care Report
A simple report showing updates completed, backup status, and basic performance stats.
Priority Support
Up to 30 minutes of technical troubleshooting each month for issues with updates, security or website errors. You report the issue and I investigate.*
FREE Web Hosting
UK or EU based hosting with free domain renewal included for as long as you're on a Care Plan.
Small content updates, page edits or design changes are not included in the Care Plan but can be requested separately at the reduced Care Plan rate of £45 per hour. See the Care Plan T&C for full details.
*Troubleshooting covers fixing problems, not content changes, design work or new features.
