What’s included in every Charity Site?

I take the time to listen and understand what your charity really needs.
Some organisations want a simple site that works as a digital noticeboard.
Others need something more ambitious, like an events calendar, volunteer sign-up forms or e-commerce for fundraising.

By working together, we’ll make sure the site feels true to your mission, and that your supporters can find what they need quickly and easily.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together on your charity’s website:

Charity Web Design - FAQ

I’ve answered a few of the most common ones here. I’m happy to help if you have any other questions; just drop me an email: hello@chiarabroom.co.uk

How long does a typical website take to build?

Most projects take 2–3 weeks depending on scope. Larger projects (8+ pages) may take longer (3-4 weeks) if you have an urgent project in mind – I do offer a speedier premium service

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. I’ll provide handover training and guides so you feel confident updating your own website using WordPress.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. I usually take 50% to book your slot, with the balance due before launch or 30 days later — whichever comes first.

Will you help write the content?

Yes — I offer SEO copywriting support. You just need to send rough notes or bullet points, and I’ll shape it into clear, effective copy.

Do you offer support after the site goes live?

Yes. I offer a monthly Website Care Plan from £50/month to keep things secure, backed up, and running smoothly and I am also available for occassional edits & updates.
