A website can age quickly.
Styles move on, technology changes and businesses evolve.
Many clients come to me feeling frustrated with a site that no longer represents them or simply doesn’t work the way they need it to.
You don’t need to start from scratch, and you don’t need to feel overwhelmed.
I redesign websites so they look modern, work smoothly on mobile and feel easy for visitors to navigate.
My aim is to make the whole experience calm, clear and manageable.
Perfect if your current website:
feels outdated or no longer reflects your business
is hard for customers to navigate
looks cluttered or confusing
isn’t bringing in enquiries
loads slowly or breaks on mobile
doesn’t feel like “you” anymore
“Chiara stepped in and produced the website I’ve always wanted after I was let down by another company.”
The Website Redesign Process
Redesigning your website is straightforward.
Here is how it works.
1. Review of Your Site
We look at what works, what feels outdated and what needs to improve. I listen carefully so I can understand what isn’t feeling right for you and your business.
2. Quote & Booking
You get a clear price and an estimated timeframe.
No hidden extras, no confusing jargon.
3. Content & Brief
I guide you with simple checklists. If you need help with content, I can support you. Once everything is ready, I create the first draft of your new site.
Optional copywriting is available if you’d like your content rewritten and optimised for search engines and people.
4. Design, Review, Launch
You check the draft, request any changes, and once you’re happy, we go live. Most redesigns take two to four weeks once content is ready.
💡 Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks from start date - larger projects can run to 4-5 weeks*
(subject to size, scope & availability)
