Finding Affordable, High-Quality Website Images

Professional images are crucial for your website for several compelling reasons.

They create a positive and lasting first impression on visitors, instantly conveying your brand's professionalism and credibility.

High-quality images help showcase your products, services, or content in the best possible light, captivating the audience and encouraging them to explore further.

Additionally, professional visuals enhance user experience, making navigation more enjoyable and engaging. They also play a vital role in search engine optimisation, as search engines favour sites with visually appealing and relevant images. By investing in professional images, you demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail, which can significantly influence potential customers and contribute to the overall success of your website and business.

A picture is worth a thousand words

A web designer can build you the most lovely looking page layout, but using poor-quality images will spoil the overall look & message of your site.

You might be concerned about the cost of professional images - however, there are a number of fabulous websites that offer FREE stock images.

When you find an image you like, either click the download (high resolution ) button or click on the image to view it full screen, and then right-click on it and SAVE IMAGE AS.

Remember to name your image clearly, so I know what page you want to use it on and even what text it relates to.

Subject Position

Pick images where the main subject has plenty of space around them, as this again allows your designer to have more creativity when it comes to cropping the images to fit your written content.

Alternatively, why not share it with someone else that might find it useful!
